This Web site Hosting End User Agreement is by and between you and Appertax. and sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of Appertax's Web site Hosting service and Web site building tools. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any additional rules or policies that are or may be published by Appertax from time to time, including Appertax's End User Services Agreement found at End User Agreement | Appertax. This Agreement, as well as any additional rules and policies, together with all modifications thereto, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Appertax concerning your use of the Service, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS OF THE SERVICES AGREEMENT,
