This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”), between COACHELLA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT, a public agency of the State of California (“CVWD”) and <insert small water system (SWS) name>, a California corporation, which operates a water system under the dba “<insert small water system (SWS) name>” (“Company”). CVWD and Company are sometimes referred to herein collectively as “the Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
