I therefore agree to release, indemnify, and hold Seller and Seller’s Realtors, agents, and representatives harmless for any negligence, misrepresentation, or failure to disclose any infor- mation about the property or about any condition of the property, the neighborhood, or the com- munity, that could influence my decision to purchase the property.
