This Drone Shows Services Agreement (together with all exhibits and documents incorporated, this “Agreement”) is made and entered on July 8th, 2024 (“Effective Date”), between City of Charleston, IN with offices located at 304 Main Cross Street Charlestown, IN 47111 (“Client”), and Firefly Drone Shows, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company with offices located at 5105 Williams Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48329 (“Firefly”). Firefly and Client may, without distinction, be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
