These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: Terms and Conditions) apply to all quotations issued by Fuuse B.V. (Fuuse) to the other party (hereinafter: the Client), all Agreements entered into between Fuuse and the Client (hereinafter: the Parties and each individually the Party), as well as all future agreements entered into between the Parties, and all other contractual relationships and assignments insofar as relating to the following activities:
