This Agreement is effective and covers work performed beginning January 4, 2022 through June 30, 2022. Should the need for this Side Letter Agreement to extend beyond June 30, 2022, nothing in this agreement shall be construed as precedent setting in future situations, nor will it bind the Parties in any future action, whether under similar circumstances or not, nor can it be introduced into any grievance, arbitration, complaint, administrative, or legal proceeding as evidence of past practice or intent of the Parties, nor meaning or application of the collective bargaining agreement. To the extent this Agreement contains new terms, it supersedes the parties' COVID Emergency Agreements.
