This Agreement shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue for the Initial Term. At the conclusion of the Initial Term, the Manager and the Artist may agree to extend the Agreement for further 12 month periods by mutually agreeing in writing (email to suffice) 30 days prior to the end of the Initial Term or for any subsequent 12 month period. The Initial Term and any extension of the Initial Term shall jointly and severally be referred to as the “Term”.
