(this “Agreement”) is made in consideration for my employment by Netwell Herbtonics Holdco, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, or its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, the “Company”), and the compensation now and hereafter paid to me. I the undersigned hereby agree as follows as of the date written above my signature (“I” or “me” and the “Company” are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and, collectively as the “Parties”):
