This October 2020 UNE Order Amendment (this “Amendment”), by and between each of the Verizon incumbent local exchange carrier (“ILEC”) affiliates (individually and collectively “Verizon” or the “Verizon Parties”), and each of the ACN Communication Services, LLC and ACN Communications Services Virginia, LLC competitive local exchange carrier (“CLEC”) affiliates (individually and collectively “Customer” or the “Customer Parties”; Verizon and Customer may be hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”). This Amendment, upon execution by both Parties, shall be effective as of the last date of signature by a Party where indicated below (“Amendment Effective Date”).
