Provider Agreement for the Provision of Funded Early Learning for 2, 3July 17th, 2018
This provider agreement sets out how Slough Borough Council (the council) and Early Years Providers in Slough will deliver Funded Early Learning entitlements for 2, 3 or 4 year olds. It sets out the requirements and constraints that the council and providers must adhere to and includes the Parental Declaration Form that must be completed and signed by all parents and carers. The agreement meets the Department for Education’s expectations regarding the contents of a provider agreement as outlined in: ‘Model Agreement: Early years provision free of charge and free childcare’ June 2018.
