CHARLES PARISH acting herein by and through its President, who is duly authorized to act on behalf of said Parish, hereinafter called the Owner, and Huseman and Associates, LLC, a limited liability company acting herein by and through its Contracting Officer, hereinafter called Engineer. Whereas the Owner desires to employ a professional consulting engineering firm to perform engineering services for the SCP Courthouse AHU #5 Replacement project as described in Ordinance No. which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
