User License Agreement (“ELA”) is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a legal entity) and Adaptive Solutions, 2127 Court Street, Port Allen, LA 70767, Tel. No. (225) 387- 0428, (“Developer”) the developer of the software product known as Assistive Technology Tracker™ (“SOFTWARE”). The SOFTWARE includes Developer computer software and printed materials. This ELA is valid and grants the end-user rights ONLY if the SOFTWARE has been purchased from the Developer, or an authorized dealer or distributor of the SOFTWARE (“Seller”).
