THIS AGREEMENT (Agreement) is made this day of June, 2017 by and between the City of Alexandria, a Municipal Corporation of Virginia (“City”), the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“ARHA”), The Virginia State Historic Preservation Office (“SHPO”) and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (“ACHP”) (collectively “Signatory Parties”) for the purposes herein set forth.
