AGREEMENT made and effective as of February 1, 2014, by and between the Sundance Institute, with offices at 1825 Three Kings Dr., Park City, UT 84060, and , for the following short film project of 3 to 8 minutes duration ("Film") or Story Pitch of no more than 500 characters ("Story Pitch") with the provisional title
