User agrees on behalf of User’s Research Group, to receive media (CD-ROM/DVD/hard drive or web download, etc.), named below under "Corpora and/or Data Received," containing speech, text and/or video data from the Panlingua Language Processing LLP, India ("Panlingua"). User and Users Research Group agree to use the material received under this agreement (the “Data”) only for purposes of the Bhojpuri-Hindi Dialectal and Low-resource Speech Translation Shared Task @IWSLT 2023-2024 at the geographic site indicated above. User and User’s Research Group may include limited excerpts from the Data in articles, reports and other documents describing the results of work performed in IWSLT 2024 with proper citation. User and User’s Research Group further agree not to publish otherwise, disclose, copy, retransmit, reproduce or redistribute the Data to others outside of User’s Research Group.

User and User’s Research Group further agree not to publish otherwise, disclose, copy, retransmit, reproduce or redistribute the Data to others outside of User’s Research Group.
