This Educational Affiliation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between East St. Louis School District #189 (“FACILITY”) and the BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY, a body politic and corporate of the State of Illinois, by Southern Illinois University Carbondale on behalf of the academic programs within the School of Human Sciences identified in Exhibit A hereto (“UNIVERSITY”).
