This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement, or other similar agreement pertaining to the Processing of Customer Personal Data (the “Agreement”) between Customer (“Customer” shall mean the entity or entity’s Affiliates bound by the Agreement) and AppExtremes, LLC dba Conga, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and Affiliates, (“Conga”). This DPA reflects the Parties’ agreement with regards to the applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations.
