between "Company" and the "Client" shall govern all products and services provided by Company to Client (each a "Party" and jointly, the "Parties") as agreed to in the attached Quote(s)/Proposal(s). In exchange for payment by Client of the charges and any applicable taxes, or shipping charges arising under this Agreement, Company agrees to provide the services described in the attached Quote(s)/Proposal(s) and any additional order form, exhibits or addenda incorporated into this Agreement and executed by the Parties, on the terms and conditions contained herein. This Agreement supersedes, replaces and nullifies in its entirety any other previous Master Service Agreement and/or Professional Services Agreement.
