This Plan Support Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of October 19, 2010, is made by and among (i) TerreStar Networks Inc., TerreStar New York Inc., Motient Communications Inc., Motient Holdings Inc., Motient License Inc., Motient Services Inc., Motient Ventures Holding Inc., MVH Holding Inc., TerreStar License Inc., TerreStar National Services Inc., 0887729 B.C.
