THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Services Agreement”) is effective as of the date set forth below, by and between UCR, INC., an nonprofit corporation (“Administrator”), and THE UNIFIED CARRIER REGISTRATION PLAN, (“Plan”). The Plan is responsible for administering the Unified Carrier Registration Agreement (“UCR agreement”). Both the Plan and the UCR agreement were established by the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users of 2005 § 4304, 49 U.S.C. § 14504a.
