THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 5th day of August, 2020 by and between Brainfuse, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (hereinafter, "Brainfuse"), and Nueces County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, for the benefit of its Public Libraries, (hereinafter, "the Library").
