The terms and conditions herein (“Terms and Conditions”) are in addition to and are to be read together with the AmBank (M) Berhad (8515-D) (“AmBank”) / AmBank Islamic Berhad (295576-U) (“AmBank Islamic”) (collectively referred to as the “Bank”) relevant credit card agreement(s) (“Card Agreement”) which govern the use of the credit card issued by AmBank / AmBank Islamic (“Card”). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and the Card Agreement, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as it relates to the Promotion.
