NOTE: Whenever used in this contract, the term Theatre shall refer to the main stage performance hall; the term Gallery shall refer to the fist and second floor areas adjacent to the Theatre; the term Balcony Gallery shall refer to the 3rd floor lobby area; and the term Amphitheatre shall refer to the outdoor performance facility adjoining the Auditorium.
