This Class Action Settlement Agreement (the “Settlement Agreement” or “Settlement”) is entered into by and among Plaintiffs Midwest Medical Records Association, Inc. (“Midwest Medical”), RenX Group, LLC f/k/a Big Blue Capital Partners, LLC (“RenX”), Tomica Premovic (“Premovic”), and Julie Clark (“Clark”) (collectively, “Named Plaintiffs” or the “Class Representatives”), on behalf of themselves and on behalf of the proposed Settlement Class defined below (the “Settlement Class”) (the Settlement Class and the Named Plaintiffs shall be collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs” where applicable), on the one hand, and Defendants Dorothy Brown, as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois (“Clerk of Court”) and Cook County, Illinois (“Cook County”) (collectively, “Defendants”), on the other hand.
