The SaaS terms of service (the "Agreement"), is by and between TRAJECTORY GROUP, INC. with offices located at 250 The Esplanade, Suite 400, Toronto, ON, Canada, M5A1J2 (“we”, or "Service Provider") and you (“you” or "Customer"). Service Provider and Customer may be referred to herein collectively as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party." This Agreement governs Customer’s access and use of the Service Provider’s software-as-a-service offering, as specified in the applicable sales estimate (each a “Sales Estimate”), (collectively, the “Services”).
