This Master Cloud Agreement, including all Orders, the Policies and the DPA (“Agreement”) is between Collibra Inc. (“Collibra”) and the customer identified below (“Customer”) and is effective as of the last signature date identified below (“Effective Date”). This Agreement allows Customer to purchase access to the Service and related Professional Services under one or more Orders. Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 20 (Definitions) and others are defined contextually in this Agreement.
