THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated this 17th day of December, 2021, is made pursuant to Ch. 39.34 RCW, by and between the PORT OF ANACORTES, a Washington municipal corporation (the “Port”) and the CITY OF ANACORTES, a Washington city (the “City”). The Port and the City are collectively known as the “Parties”.
