This SEPARATION AGREEMENT is entered into effective as of September 26, 2022 (this “Agreement”) by and between Harley-Davidson, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (“HD”) and LiveWire EV, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LiveWire”).
