This Contract is being entered into this 1st day of June, 2016, by and between Specialized Care Transport, Inc. (“Contractor”) and the Milwaukee Board of School Directors (“MPS”), a school district organized and operating pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes. Contractor shall further be held to the “General Specifications and Operating Procedures, 2015 - 2016 School Year, amended December 1, 2015”, (the “Specifications”), attached hereto as Appendix A and incorporated by reference.
