The University of British Columbia, a corporation continued under the University Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 468 and having its offices at 6328 Memorial Road, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6T 1Z2 (hereinafter referred to as “UBC”). Two institutions at UBC, the Museum of Anthropology (“MOA”) and the Laboratory of Archaeology (“LOA”) are Parties to this Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”)
