This agreement is made and entered into among the County of Taos (County,) Peñasco Independent School District (PISD,) Picuris Pueblo, Taos Municipal Schools (TMS,) Taos Pueblo and Town of Taos (Town,) (collectively “the Public Agencies”) pursuant to the Joint Powers Agreements Act, Sections 11-1-1 through 11- 17 NMSA 1978 (the Act) on the date last entered below. The common powers to be exercised are as set forth in this Agreement.
