THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the Kentucky Center for Education and Workforce Statistics (“KCEWS”) on behalf of the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Department of Education (“KDE”), the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (“CPE”), The Education Professional Standards Board (“EPSB”), the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (“KHEAA”) and   collectively the “parties” and establishes the procedures relating to an exchange of information between the parties.
