This Agreement is effective between Coefficient Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 11331912, whose registered office is at 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT ("Supplier", "Main Contractor", "us", "we") and the Customer who engages Coefficient's services under this Agreement ("Customer", "you"). Together, Coefficient and the Customer are referred to as the Parties. This Agreement commences on the date agreed upon by the Parties and outlines the terms and conditions under which the Customer will engage Coefficient for services or training, and/or purchase Coefficient's commercial software products. Coefficient will provide such products and/or services as specified in any applicable call-off contract (along with any related purchase order, statement of work, or amendment, each incorporated into the call-off contract) (the “Order”).
