This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and Cox Nebraska Telcom, LLC (“CLEC”). Qwest and CLEC shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
