R. STUEBNER, INC., with offices located at 227 Blair Avenue, Reading, PA 19601 (“Contractor”). From time to time throughout this Settlement Agreement, the foregoing firms or entities shall be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party” to this Settlement Agreement.
