THIS JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT, originally made and entered on the 9th day of December, 1975, and amended on October 28, 1997, by and between the COUNTY OF DEL NORTE, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY", the CITY OF CRESCENT CITY, California, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and the CRESCENT CITY HARBOR DISTRICT, a public agency duly formed and operating in Del Norte County, California, under the Harbors and Navigation Code of the State of California hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT" is amended by said parties this day of , 2023.
