"Tektime", or"we"or"us"collectively indicate Tektime. This Agreement contains the terms and conditions of your participation in the affiliate program (the"Program") for distribution by us.of digital content (collectively, the"Digital Books") or their paper version (collectively, the"Paper Books") or their audio version ("Audiobooks"), produced by users ("Referrals") who will subscribe to our Port them through you . The more generic term"Books"means all versions (Digital Book, Paper Book and Audio Book ). The term"Commissions"will mean the amounts calculated as a percentage of the sales of the Books produced by your Referrals, as indicated in Section 7
