(“Customer” or “you”) and TimeLinx Software, LLC (“TLXLLC”) for the software product identified as TimeLinx (the “Software”), which includes computer software and associated media and any included printed materials (the printed materials are hereafter referred to as the “Documentation”). By downloading, installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, promptly return the unused Software to the place from which you obtained it for a full refund. The Software is the property of TLXLLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law and international treaties. While TLXLLC or its licensors continue to own the Software, you will have certain rights to use the Software after your acceptance of this Agreement.
