This gift agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective on "3/z6, 2019, (the ''Effective Date") between the University of Florida Foundation, Inc. a Florida nonprofit corporation (the "Foundation"), on behalf and for the benefit of the University of Florida (the "University"), an instrumentality of the state of Florida, and the Charles Koch Foundation, a Kansas nonprofit corporation (the "Donor"). This Agreement is for the benefit of the Digital Markets Initiative (the
