This THIRD Addendum to Miscellaneous Agreement #2017-237, dated August 1, 2017, and first amended on October 22, 2019, and second amended on May 18, 2021, and terminates on June 30th, 2021, between the County of Tehama, through its Probation Department (Receiving County) and County of Siskiyou (Sending County) for the provision of providing board and care to Siskiyou County youth, shall be amended as set forth herein and is entered into on the date last signed by all parties.
