THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on the Effective Date described below, between THE TOWN CENTER AT PALM COAST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, a Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, unit of local special purpose government, whose address is One Corporate Drive, Suite 3A, Palm Coast, Florida 32137, (the "CDD"); and the CITY OF PALM COAST, a Florida municipality, whose address is 2 Commerce Boulevard, Palm Coast, Florida 32164 (the "CITY").
