THIS RAMP REPAIR COST AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the PORT OF BELLINGHAM, a Washington municipal corporation (the “Port”), the STATE OF ALASKA (“Alaska”), and LEXINGTON INSURANCE COMPANY, a surplus lines insurer in the State of Washington and corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Lexington”), as of the date of the last authorized signature below. All parties to this Agreement shall be referred to collectively herein as the “parties” and may be individually referred to herein as a “party.”
