This is the agreement (the “Agreement”) on which we (Appvia Ltd, incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 10653692 and whose registered office is at Cap House Ground Floor, 9-12 Long Lane, London, England, EC1A 9HA (“Appvia”)) agree to license use of our Software (as the defined below) to you (our “Customer”). Each of Appvia and the Customer, a “party” and together the “parties”.
