This Warranty Service Self-Maintainer Agreement (”Agreement”) is entered into by and between Volusia County Schools (“Customer”) and Lenovo (United States), Inc. (“Lenovo”). Under this Agreement, Customer may perform Warranty Service on Lenovo hardware products that Customer owns or leases from Lenovo or a Lenovo reseller for its own internal use and not for purposes of resale subject to the following terms.
