This Collective Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Halton District School Board (hereinafter referred to as the Board) and its employees represented by the Ontario Secondary Teachers' Federation District Office, Clerical, Technical Bargaining Unit (hereinafter referred to as the Bargaining Unit).
