This Master Subscription Agreement and any order forms, exhibits, schedules, addendums, and attachments set forth the entire agreement (this “Agreement”) between Abrigo and Customer. Abrigo and Customer may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties” herein. In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants set forth in this Agreement, the Parties agree that the following terms and conditions will apply to each Order Form and shall be incorporated by reference therein.
