THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of February 2024 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Lynden, a non-charter code city and municipal corporation (“City”), and Precision Approach Engineering, Inc., a Corporation, (“Consultant”). For the purposes of this Agreement, City and Consultant may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
