THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”), is made by and between the Hermosa Beach City School District (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”) with respect to the provision of educationally-related mental health services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. '' 1400, et seq., and Section 26.5 of Division 7 of title 1 of the California Government Code, sections 7570-7590, commonly known as “AB 3632.”
