Accessing ASG’s Zenith Platform as a Service (“PaaS”) indicates acceptance of this Platform as a Service Evaluation Agreement (“Agreement”) by Company. Company shall mean either i) an authorized ASG partner, or ii) an ASG customer, or iii) a prospective ASG customer. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, or if you are not authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of the Company, you must select NO when prompted and you must immediately cease all use of Zenith (PaaS).
