YOU (“User”) have been granted access to the GIS Mapping Service (“GIS Service”) hosted by the CITY OF WEST DES MOINES, IOWA (“West Des Moines”). The GIS Service provides access to interactive maps and digital geographic data (“GIS Data”) through a website. Access to the GIS Service is provided solely as a convenience to assist User in supporting West Des Moines’ and User’s business activities.
